Having had it genesis prior to the turn of the 21st Century, Resolutions International, P.A. is the brainchild of its Founder and President, Larry Williams, a conflict resolutionist.  Mr. Williams is only but a few African-American men to have earned a Master's Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Armed with a vision and a short-term loan, Larry opened Resolutions International, P.A., an Alternative Dispute Resolution Association; Our organization is the first Multi-Cultural, Multi-Ethnic, full service dispute resolution firm in South Florida.  The firm is comprised of a group of professionals dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, schools, communities and governmental agencies better understand the nature of conflict and how to achieve a constructive resolution.  Our associates are Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators in circuit, civil, county and family mediation. Other certifications include memberships in the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc.  Further, our firm boast specialties in negotiating complex litigation, including thirty years of extensive background in law enforcement, commercial, professional and personal injury insurance mediation, workers compensation mediation, and general skills in arbitration.

Additionally and in view of its dedication to changing the way people handle conflict, our professionals work with clients to develop a thorough and comprehensive understanding of cooperation, conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, organizational systems design and cross-cultural communication.  In being a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic organization, this allows our professional to identify and communicate with clients' issues and needs.  An added complement is that the backgrounds, experiences and skills of our associates are extensive and diverse, to provide am edge in meeting the needs of a multi-cultural world community.
